Dell XPS1330 does not see Wifi in BIOS anymore

Hi,

My laptop (xps 1330) does not recognise anymore internal wireless card. It does not detect it in:

1) BIOS (I have turned on Internal Wifi card)

2) Windows Vista (came with the laptop)

3) Lubuntu 12.04

If I will connect external wifi card - it works.

I flashed latest BIOS (A15), reset BIOS to defaults, tried to change the "Wifi switch" - in BIOS, during the work of computer, and also was making sure that I am booting laptop with "Switch On".

Any idea?
