I've got a new Inspiron 660s, I with G2020 processor, 4GB RAM, 500GB hard drive and McAfee installed. I tried to use the Back up and restore, but it looks like this.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, and updated,but it doesn't change. BTW, this isn't an April Fool!
