I need a number to the dell corporate or anywhere but dell tech support

I bought a dell XPS 15 in december 2011. Since than I have had to my laptop repaired 13 times. 13 *** times. Its about to be #14 because dell came to my house to repair my laptop and it was unsuccessful. I am tired of dells TERRIBLE customer service. I am tired of being told "give us one more time to repair your laptop". *** that. Dell has been the worst company i have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. I have asked for a replacement for over a year and keep getting told no. *** that. Please just give me a phone number where I can actually get real answers. My service tag is B5GBTQ1.
