I just got my x51 last Saturday. This is i7, 8gb RAM, GTX 555. On my first of x51, I cant even play Borderland 2, it crashes everytime when I open this game. When it crash, my monitor cannot detect any signal, my desktop power is still on, I cannot see the Caps Lock indicator at my keyboard is blinking when I tab it. So I need to force shut down throught the power botton on top of the desktop. When I restart my desktop, I cant even see the BIOS or Dell logo, and straight led me to the password verificiation. What is happening?

The best part is, when I went to Dell Malaysia website to report this issue, I need to key in the service tag. Once I've key in the service tag, it showns that it is invalid. I guess for new product needs to takes about 48 hours to upload the details. Since it is Saturday and I'm unable to call my sales advisor for assistance, I need to wait till Monday.

I've called the technical team on the helpline on Monday, and he led me through the troubleshoot. He suspected hardware failure and he requested the technical team to come to my house. I have emphazised on the time. I am only available after working hour. I received a call from Dell on Wednesday, and the guy (sub contractor) told me that the last call is at 4pm. I have told him the time that I am available. Guess what, he told me what my dekstop only covers for day time warranty and not covered for night time warranty. This is rediculous. He is requested for night time servicing, pending Dell's approval and this going to delay again.

I paid RM3000 for this machine and ended not working at all. I feel very disappointed with Dell. After all the reading in the forums, I feel like returning my dekstop to Dell.
