i purchased two laptops from dell one is not good not working properly, nd they replaced some parts now its working,
i sent my laptop to dell, for recover my os nd re install it . they give it back with scratches,they are talking like it is my resposibility and my problem
it happend two times, they have wrost service ever. i will never buy this again
