I am in desperate need of help.
How do i speak to a customer support person that is located in canada or the usa?
I made a large purchase with Dell in December. I cancelled a printer that I ordered as it would take over a month to arrive. someone at Dell then placed an order for me (without my permission) the same day, for the exact printer I cancelled.
I have been trying to get a refund since August 30th. The folks I deal with are not from a local call center and obviously have no idea what they are doing.
can anyone help?
