I have a new (one month old) Vostro 470. When I first started the Dell Support Center, it did what I guess it's supposed to do (showed my system name and service tag, offered to show a user's manual, etc). Then it said it would update the Support Center. Now every time I try to run it I get the following message: "Dell Support Center License Authorization Failed. This version of Dell Support Center is not licensed to run on this system."
When I searched the Dell Community site for "Dell Support Center" I found a number of complaints, but they are all several years old. Is it worth my trouble in trying to get this issue fixed or shall I just give up on it?
