Microsoft Windows Errors

I have Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop, 32-bit Vista Home Premium operating system.  Recently, I closed my internet service provider and I used wireless modem and connect to someone else wireless modem. The connection was not simply browsing available wifi and key in password. This method did not work as password characters are limited to 8-spaces. I checked my Dell WLAN was disabled, so I enabled it. Tried to connect again, but no success. I tried to login thru the other option like entering the paraphrase instead and it worked and able to connect the internet and shut down the computer successfully. Next time and everytime I turned on the computer there are two pop up things showing up immediately while booting. One of them Microsoft Windows and says: Dell Wireless WLAN Card Wireless Network Controller stopped working and was closed.  The other pop up window says: Dell Wireless WLAN Card Wireless Network Tray Applet has stopped working. I googled each but to no avail. One suggestion was to uninstall WLAN but I could not because an error pops up- update:cpp 58. When searching further it means downloading a software to correct it, when downloaded it'll scan and there's plenty of errors and ask to register first and pay before they can be cleaned. It's full of crap, I have a registered registry booster and it's pops up regularly whenever there's a registry error, which means my registries were cleaned before this downloaded software begun scanning. Tried to restore as far back as two months, and no success, because for unknown reason there's nothing existing. Tried to searched similar problem in the Dell forum, but I could not find one. Any help from the community?

Thanks,

Arguegar
