my name is brenda and my dell desktop is 3 years old and ran out of warrenty, im trying to take it back to factory time ,i start my computer and when logo comes on i hit f8 and than i hit system repair, and than it promps me to put in my administors name and password ,and i do. than i get this message all the time. the specified name does not exist or could not be contacted, what the heck, i used this last year and it put me threw, and it ran great afterward, but not this time .it runs really slow, and i mean slow. i have mcafee protection on it and it always saids that its protected and no actions needed.i dont have any real backup cd,s my computers service tag isjzhq4j1 and its a inspearation not sure if i spelled that right, .i tried the restore time but it wont let me go back more than 5 days and that dont help and it wont let me create my own time. i have drivers&utilitles which say already install for reinstallingdell inspiron 537/537s march2008.than appication already installed july2008 for restallingcyberlinkpower dvd dx8.1 software, drivers and doctumentation march 2009, and than another application for windows 7 . than the drivers&utilities which is already installed for dell studioxps desktop computer software. drivers and documentation march2009 dell in191on flat panal monitor, microsoft works 9 than operating system again already installed on my computer reinstallation dvd windows vista home premium 64 bit can someone please help me figure this out. i cant afford alot of money to get my computer back to factory time,HELP PLEASE
