My Dell V305 is not printing. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, checking all connections, etc. Still not working. Documents line up but do not print. My color cartridge is empty, but I just replaced the black ink cartridge. Could it be the reason that the printer is not printing? The computer connected to this printer is not online so I cannot get direct support help from Dell. I have to do it myself. So, please help if you can. Thanks.
