I have an Inspiron M710 and purchased a new battery. After plugging in the new battery I charged it after running it down to 7% as instructed. I charged and drained the battery twice more but drained it to 0 the last time. It now indicates the battery is charging but it never does. I don't know if there is some reset but it will not charge. Thanks
