Reinstall Microsoft Office Starter

My Dell PC came with Microsoft Office Starter. I recently upgraded to Windows 8 and decided to perform a fresh install - removing all existing applications. How do I get Microsoft Office Starter back onto my machine? Is there a place I can go to download it from Dell?
