I own a Inspiron 7520 that I bought in September 2012 with Windows 7 Home premium. Now I am trying to register for windows upgrade offer at www.windowsupgradeoffer.com After I fill all of my information I get following error
"Unfortunately, based on the information you provided during the registration process you are not eligible for the upgrade offer.
"My Reference ID: WU2147465183
I tried contacting windows support but haven't got any satisfactory resolution for this. I need to know why my laptop is not eligible for this upgrade offer.
