Dell Thailand have installed the wrong OS after replacing the hard drive.
My laptop came pre installed with Windows home premium and when they replaced the hard drive after it was faulty, they reinstalled Windows Professional.
I keep get warnings and don't have a key to fix it because i never received on.
Here's the email from the service tech who is lying:
Dear Mr.Brad,
I have already checked with your order details is Windows7 Home Premium 64 bit and I sent Windows7 Home Premium 64 bit Installation Disc and let engineer help to install windows to ypur system but refer your picture is windows7 professional so your windows isn’t OS from Dell.
