My mother ordered a computer for me in her name because i was having trouble with the financing department. When i had applied the guy I was dealing with who was Indian(just pointing out because everyone else is) never returned calls/emails/messages about status for about a week. He finally called a left message and a email about order which he just wanted more id even though I had already scanned and emailed about 5 different things. Anyways my mom said she would help me because she has good credit. She did everything in her name and was pre approved which I thought would speed things up. She answered all 5 questions to confirm identity.Everything seemed fine. The order was confirmed and next phase was shipping. Then some new guy (indian) emails asking her to send birth certificate. Ok whatever this shouldnt be needed after 5 secret questions but fine she sends an email with scanned copy asking for an answer on status. She calls 2 days later when no email response from dell. Leaves 3 messages and no one calls back. My mother gave me the number and ext. so i could try since this customer support never answers her phone calls. When i called the support answered. he then took about 5 minutes to look up info even with ref. number. He then tells me he found the email and he will foward it to the right department and he will call or email my mom back in next couple hours. He never did that and i called back and he asked me to get her to scan and email in more id?????????????????? She was pre approved and has really good credit this is getting stupid. He said he was just going to call her or email when I asked why he didnt. Right. This sales rep is honestly brain dead
