I have upgraded the ram and upgraded the processor of my 2350 dell dimension desktop.
Now, before I did the upgrades/replacements, it used to run to the Bios screen and then shut itself off.
After I put in a new hard drive, I get no picture, however it doesn't shut itself off abruptly like it used to.

I have a Latitude D630C with Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.0 GHz processor, 120 GB HDD, 2.0 GB RAM, Quadro NVS 135m Graphics, Windows 7 Ultimate I bought on Ebay last month. No problems until last night, computer boots up but no display on the LCD.
I have run the LCD built in self test, get grey, red, blue, green and white screens, all colors were bright and vibrant.
I have run the diagnostics (Fn key and start up), Caps Lock flashing, Num Lock and Scroll Lock off.
I have disconnected and reconnected the LCD display cable.
External monitor works. Dell splash screen initally has blue and black vertical stripes, after a couple of minutes the Dell splash screen has light pink vertical stripes.
Windows Internet Explorer menu bar has light blue and pink vertical stripes and internet images have light blue and pink vertical stripes.
In Device Manager, Monitor is shown as Generic PNP Monitor, Device is working properly, Driver Date is 6/21/2006, Driver Version is 6.1.7600.16385.
In Device Manager, Display Adapter is shown as Standard VGA Graphics Adapter, Device is working properly, Driver Date is 6/21/2006, Driver Version is 6.1.7600.16385.
BIOS Version/Date is Dell Inc A09, 12/24/2008

Hello all,
I bought this computer last month and since then its been making some chirping noise when I access the HDD. I've read the other tread regarding this issue but I have a different HDD (WDC WD10EZEX) The sound is the same as this: (Please visit the site to view this video)
I have the current BIOS, I have the updated driver for the HDD so I have no clue on what to check on after that.
Please help as the last resort is to exchange it with a "new" HDD.

I play heavy games like Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, GTA IV and GTA EFLC. After a month of installing Windows 8, I saw that AC:Brotherhood started lagging! I download and upgrade all drivers for all windows version include Xp, Vista, 7 for both x86 and x64 what i mean that i try to make any thing to share my network again.

I'm currently having a problem with my Vostro 3460. Once in a while, when I plug in the AC Adapter to my laptop, it'll make 2 beeps sound and show an error about battery is unrecognized, the battery light in the front panel will flash between amber and white. I have tried to reseat the battery several times but it's not working. Below are some pictures I took when this happened:

I purchased dell inspiron some months back , unfortunately the salesman was so tricky with me i didnt even check it properly just beliving the fact this laptop is from the leader in laptop world but i didnt knew dell has a cheating problem too. after some months i came back home and got this laptop out of the box, i saw a brand new laptop and then when i touched i felt its just a useless box of plastic . the laptop is so badly made where ever u touch it starts to break. the whole plastic frame is made of poorest form of plastic nothing else. when i contacted the dealer he said he cant help , then i wrote some mails to dell india but no response.honestly i wont ever recommend or buy a dell product.
hey my latitude d620 screen goes black if i have the charger hooked up and i move it it doesnt do this if i move it on battery and i hooked it up to a monitor and the video went off on there too when i moved it need some help please

hi guys I just would like to ask for your opinions, I recently acquired my laptop. but it seems my screen is having weird viewing angles specially on black. I asked a dell chat assistance but no luck yet on finding a solution. Unfortunately laptop is outside the US now :( Havent ask for the a service transfer yet.

Okay I am very frustrated with this whole process, I have spent multiple hours trying to find this software. What I am referring to is the software that detects your fingerprint and allows you to log in via swiping your finger NOT THE DRIVER FOR THE READER, as it is already installed and detected.
Most of the articles that I have read suggested that my dell downloads would have the software after registering, NOPE!! I can however download adobe reader 9.1.2 in arabic, japanese or 23 other languages I don't care about. There is no option for this software, how do I get it ?
I have found the update installer for DigitalPersona Personal Fingerprint 6.2.0132 or something like that but this is just an update and I need at least 5.2 to get started, can someone help?

On PE M520 will install Broadcom 57810S-k Dual Port 10Gb KR for 10G network.
And question is..Will work the network (on Broadcom 57810S-k) , and storage (md3600i iscis) on that hypervisor (XCP, Xen Cloud Platform)?
Also we plan boot from sdcard.

I have a problem with my dell XPS 15 (L502x) laptop. It has a touch screen, however every so often the touch screen registers a touch in the bottom right or left hand corner by itself. This happens even without touching anything. I have updated both the touch pad and touch screen drivers, without luck. I suspect its a hardware fault.
Has anyone experienced this issue on their laptop and resolved it?
Can anyone give me any ideas about how to find a reliable place to repair my Inspiron 1420? The keyboard does not respond any more at all, even at startup to go into the BIOS. I need someone I can trust to actually investigate and find the real problem, and not just tell me to get a USB keyboard or something else I don't need and which won't help.

I have a Dell Inspiron 14z (N411z) and everytime i try tu use my built in camera with any program it says that there is no webcam intalled or that no webcam can be found. It was working properly a few days ago. Can anybody tell me what i can do to fix this problem?
