I have an XPS 8500 i7.. One night I was shutting it down but it had to install updates before it shuts down so I left it then the next day noticed it still turned on I figured it just restarted so I pressed the power button then left for work. Then I tried turning it on after the windows 7 logo saying resuming windows it just goes blank left it on still waiting for the user password prompt. And it's been a day...
Anyone knows what's wrong with this?
