deploying omsa from ome fails uploading from client

I'm running the ome website from my workstation.

I browse to the 7.1 msi on my machine. I create the job and it fails right away with:

Exception message: The system cannot open the device or file specified. Database="C:\Users\username\Downloads\dell\omsa\windows\SystemsManagement\SysMgmt.msi"

If I already have the 71. msi on the ome server how do I select that msi from my workstation? I don't like using the browser from the server.
