All Dell support is outsourcedn to India, They are rude,arrogant, unitellegent and are only able to read from a script. If Dell wants anymore of my business they'll provide tech support in the US and their tech suppory will LISTEN to the customer before trying to make an assessment. I recently called about an issue wirh my power adapter and all the agent was interested in was selling me a new one, not listening to the fact that I'd already purchsed one. If Dell wants to keep my business they'll take their collectiive heads out of where the sun don't' shine and listen to all the customer complaints.
