Hello, I have a M11x R3 (still under warranty) that experiences serious screen shaking and graphical tearing when running any 3D game. The whole screen almost looks like water flowing. Here is a video of the screen shaking in XCOM (its a bit hard to tell at first as the camera filters it a bit, but you can see the continue button bouncing around especially around 0:22)

This just started recently and occurs in every game I've tried it with, Team Fortress 2, XCOM Enemy Unknown, Star Wars The Old Republic, ect.
(Team Fortress 2 is completely unplayable)
A few notes:
1) This only occurs when using the nvidia card, the intel card is fine.
2) Once the fan kicks on full blast the shaking is less noticeable.
3) Changing the nvidia card power setting from "high performance" to "balanced" seems to reduce the problem.
4) Vsync and triple buffer settings have no effect.
Fixes I have tried:
1) I have tried the original dell driver, the latest nvidia drivers, and the latest nvidia beta drivers.
2) Updated to the latest system bios.
3) Uninstall and clean install of nvidia drivers.
Haven't called support yet because I think this would be very difficult to explain over the phone...
