hi guys i have a problem. ok, when i try to start the pc, it does little. it will turn green at the front then shut of directly like 1 sec. the psu fan will start but not spin. the light on the motherboard is green. now if i unplug the 4 pin psu molex, the front light stayes green till i hold in the power button, but will the light is green the the fan or nothing is running. is this motherboard or PSU. cause i brought the psu up to a pc place they tested it and said it was at 11.5v. and they said it is low.
i tried to take the psu out of this 2400 and put it in my compaq. my psu is good. so i tried to put the dell in mine and it started the pc just fine. i put mine for the compaq in the dell, and it still didnt starts. one time i started it and the front light blinked amber. so.....im lost!
