Inspiron 1318 Factory Restore not working

Hello, 

My Dell Inspiron 1318 came packaged with Vista. I upgraded it to Windows7. Now I wanted to revert back to Vista. 

I followed instruction given in following post.

When I choose System Image Recovery, it says "Windows cannot find a system image on this computer". 

I did not compromise any partitions, every partitions are there and in RECOVERY partition inside the directory DELL and image there is a file called Factory.wim is also presents. 

My DVD drive is not working. 

Is there any way I can restore image?
