I would like to complain about some very poor customer care from Dell.
I chose alienware not because their config are the best or offer the best value for money. No. I chose alienware because I wanted a computer for Christmas.
I placed my order on December 3rd, well ahead of the December 11th deadline. I was given a December 17th delivery date... Turns out that my computer was only built on December 20th! It is currently sitting for a whole week in a warehouse somewhere in Frankfurt for whatever reason before being delivered hopefully on January 3rd.
Of course I was not sent any e-mail or message notifying me of the delays or was given the opportunity to cancel my order when it became apparent Dell could not meet its deadline. Frankly, this computer is now nearly useless for me.
If Dell cannot meet a deadline then you should not advertise pre-Christmas deliveries. Doing so is misleading advertisement
