I would like someone from support to reply how issues multiple issues I have since I received my laptop can be resolved in quick and efficient manner.
Dell telephone support is pathetic. They made me wait for a month just for someone to call me back and schedule a phone call again in a month. Someone called me in really wrong time, and I picked a time slot, but asked to email me with the day and time, which wasn't done. Not a surprise.
I want to share my problems, and wonder if anyone else had something similar, to ask how you dealt with support.
The problems I have are:
1. Hissing high pitched noise from vent in the base of chassis. I know electronics, so it's definitely not a fan, how support wants me to believe. This sounds like poor coils/chokes/transformers sound. The noise is constantly present at very high frequency, but I can hear it. When load on videocard increases the noise goes down in frequency, and becomes more audible and a bit louder. I downloaded HeavyLoad test and run GPU test only. The noise is absolutely horrible when laptop works on battery without power cord connected. This is presumably when Intel videocard is active.

2. The chassis broken after just 2 month. Gap appeared between keyboard plane panel and base, which can be easily opened. The laptop is only used as a replacement for a desktop PC, only travelling to the bag to free space on the desk.
