One months back we bought dell xps15z within span of days battery was not charging..
when we call to customer care they said that problem with Battery and want to replace the battery.(i.e. Hardware Malfunctioning and it was Manufacture Defect)
customer support team saying that this is an electric device and can happens any time and hope they doesn't require the customer satisfaction.
as per his comments only 21 days they will give the satisfaction after that you need to bare the amount.
i fed up with the dell customer care.
Please help me out....
