Broadcom NetLink (TM) Gigabit Ethernet problem.

Hi,

   I have Dell Vstro 460 for 1+ year with Windows 7 OS.  The Broadcom NetLink did not start up (both Link Integrity Light and Network Activity Light are off) when the system start.  I need to wait for computer running without network around 10 - 30 mins then the network light (Link Integrity Light and Network Activity Light) are on.  I need to restart the PC in order to have internet access.  I check the bios the NIC is enable and look every thing are ok.

 How can I solve this problem?  If the NIC is broken, what's kind of NIC I need to replace?  any recommend brand (intel, Broadcom,,)?
