I purchased an Inspiron 5521 and am completely frustrated by the keyboard. Here are the issues that keep happening and I don't know how to fix. I will be typing and all of the sudden, the entire post will be selected. I type so fast that the next keystroke erases my entire message before I realize it was just selected and deleted. I work from my computer and had to go back to my old inspiron to type messages because this is so frustrating and SLOWING down my work. You'll also notice I am not in italics. HOw? Somehow my typing has initiated this. Also, in this short message I have opened 12 new make that 13 new tabs. Again, how? I don't know!!!! I also open a history window some how. I am not touching the keypad when typing. I have checked that to make sure. I also have tried to type slowly to see what is causing these windows to open. I cna't figure it out. Anyone have any help they can give me?
The other frustration I am having is windows 8---I'll seek out forum for help with those issues.
