I have read all of the complaint on this page. At this point since no one will own up to the problem, and refuses, as all of you know to give a coporate number I am going to try 3 on your side. I figure since Dell won't help the working class than maybe a News Station can get answers for us and expose Dell for the company they are, who take your money for their product but then don't follow through with their warranty. Anyone wanted to add their story please respond.
