Hey everyone, i just had my Inpsirion e1505 wiped out and reset due to a hard drive failure. I went to the drivers and download page to "analyze my system for updates", but every time I click the button, nothing happens. It tells me to download the Dell System Detect and I have, and then it says "We're sorry, we were unable to analyze your system." How can I get this to work? Or is there another program i can use to see what drivers need to be upgraded or even downloaded?
On a side note, my scroll stopped working on my mouse pad, what do I need to do to get it back working?
