I'm tired of this.

(As of now, I'm rewriting this entire message because my laptop just suddenly froze in its tracks. )

I've been going back and forth with customer service for months now about my Dell XPS Studio 1645. It is, by far, the worst computer I've had. I've sent it in for repairs 2x, and each time, it gets worse. First, the screen gets dead pixels within the first few days I had it. Then, it overheats like crazy, sometimes actually BURNING me and causing the laptop to shut down, making it unusable (shuts down within seconds if I try to turn it back on). They said they were going to replace my fan and heatsink. They didn't. Even if they did, I don't know if that is really the problem. Now I'm getting other problems because I'm pretty sure my RAM got fried or something did for sure. This laptop is on a suicide mission from hell, and I've had NO luck with customer service and repairs. I gave up on customer service for a while and stuck it out with what I had, until recently. It's been becoming almost unusable (hence the first sentence of this post). I decided to give customer service another try, but now my service code doesn't even work on the site, so I can't contact help. Only way I can contact is by calling, but I hate doing that because I always gets Indian people with thick accents (no offense). I've been bugging for a refund since day 1, and they wouldn't give it to me. Instead, they tried repairing (or told me they tried) this useless computer. I'm tired of this. I paid top dollar for this system, and I want a working laptop!
