I want to upgrade my old Dell Precision Workstation 390 Power Supply and RAM, but I don't know what are Manufacturer Part# and Dell Part#!

My Dell Precision 390 come with:

Xeon Quad core X3210 2.13 Ghz / 8M / 1066;

8GB (4 x 2GB) Corsair XMS2 Dominator PC2 8500; 

4 TB (2 x 2 TB) Seagate 7200 RPM Serial ATA Hard Drive;

NVIDIA Quadro FX 5600 1.5GB GDDR3

Dell 16X Serial ATA DVD+/-RW Drive

Dell 2.4/5 GHz Wireless 1505 PCI Express WLAN Mini Card

Dell Precision Workstation 390 375-Watt Power Supply

I want to upgrade my Dell Power Supply to 500 Watt or more with 2 x PCI-e socket for my Quadro FX 5600 to fit Dell Precision Workstation 390.

Can I use "DELL XPS 630 750W Power Supply PSU DW209 DW002 D750E-00" for my system?

And upgrade more than 8G RAM system (update BIOS maybe?)

Can I use "Dell Precision 690 PWS690 Memory Riser Board TY858" or something like that?

Or where can I find my needs?
